Do you have a small leak? Do you just need a repair? Most leaks are from old pipe boots.

We will inspect your entire roof, caulk all areas that we think are potential leaks, cover or replace pipe boots to prevent leaks, and nail down wind-blown shingles. Average price $350

This is a one-time-per-year maintenance plan.

Gutter cleanings. Prices range from $350 and up. We clean out debris from gutters and valleys and haul off debris when we leave.
