We had two roofing companies come out and tell us we had no problems with roof. We later had our inside ceiling dripping with with water and looked ourselves and seen shingles gone. Long story short we called Turn Key Roofing and met Matthew Gould.

First off, my husband and I were surprised to see a lady arrive with a ladder! Megan was very personable, went right to work…scooted up that ladder onto the roof and found the problem in no time. I would like to highly recommend Turn Key Roofing. A representative, Lucas Winton, came promptly to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Lucus was kind enough to make several trips to my house with samples, explained the fine quality of the shingles, and helped me with my decision on the color. I got several quotes from other companies but after working with Lucus, I felt Turn Key Roofing was my best choice. He assured me the crew that would be doing my roof was excellent! He was so “spot on” with that statement! They came early that morning and completely finished the job by 4:30 that afternoon. They did an awesome job and the clean up was totally amazing! Also, in addition to their clean up, Lucus personally came back with a magnet to walk the area to be assured there were no nails left from the job. I would recommend Turn Key Roofing to anyone that is in need of a new roof. Awesome customer service and a beautiful job on replacing my roof! I am a very satisfied customer!

Quick recommendation for Turnkey Roofing – they came out to look at our back porch & a gutter that’s routinely overrun by rain.
Jodi did a thorough inspection of everything, even returning a second day with another associate. Ultimately they determined it’s poor roof design & suggested solutions that are more landscaping vs roof/gutter.
They could’ve sold me on a larger gutter, another downspout, changed up the diverters on the roof … but they didn’t think that would ultimately solve the problem.

Integrity & solving my actual problem clearly mattered more than a quick paycheck.

They responded very quickly to my request and came out the next day to do the estimate. Answered phone calls/emails promptly and provided a written quote on the spot. Excellent pricing and great value. The work they did was as spec’ed and promised and in a timely manner. I had one small issue after completion but they came out the next morning and quickly resolved it. Overall very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Comments: Scott and Leah did a very professional job. Their bid was very competitive among 6 bidders. As we made changes to the project, Leah emailed new quotes which often arrived before I could get to my computer, unlike any other bidder. The project started on time, progressed without delay, and ended on time.The project entailed replacing about 50+ squares of shingles and skylight on a 12/12 slope roof. The work site is on a steep slope and much of the house is generally inaccessible for delivery of materials and debris removal. However difficult, their cleanup job was excellent. Project was completed on schedule, and as originally quoted.
